Large open plan pub with one large bar. Once was a blacksmiths, hence the name , but also a Working Men's Club. This welcoming Dales pub always have three real ales, Ruddles and two everchanging guests. But one thing that makes this pub stand out from others is it's cider range, up to twenty five in the summer, up to eight in the winter. Over the road they have their beer garden, which is great in the summer. The only food they do is freshly made pizzas from their pizza oven.
