The Society of Independent Brewers and Associates (SIBA) are holding the Indie Beer North East Cask Awards on Friday 2nd May at Gateshead Rugby Club and are in need of more judges.

You don’t have to have judging experience, just a good all-round knowledge of different cask styles and a genuine passion for beer.

• Session Dark Beer
• British Dark Beer
• British Bitter
• British Best Bitter
• Session Pale Ale
• Pale Ale
• IPA
• Speciality Light Beer
• Speciality Amber to Dark Beer
• Imperial & Strong Beer

The day will begin at 10:00am when registration will be open. The judging will start at 10:30am prompt. We expect the judging to be over by 3:00pm, with the awards taking place at 4.00pm.
